This page was featured in Season 1's 'Love Hurt's episode. Piper finds the spell in the book so that she can switch powers with Leo in order to heal him from a Darklighter's Poison. when she cast it, it switched everyone's powers which led to some funny moments in the episode, as Phoebe puts it :'Supernatural Freaky Friday'.
